Natta Love Award Winners for July 2023

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for July 2023.

This month, a number of employees received the Teamwork Award. Firstly, the award went to Cosmin C. He always goes above and beyond what is asked of him and delivers, even when time is critical. Steve Alexander also received the award. His colleague said: “Steve has really got stuck into the works here at Southampton to help push things along, and engaged with all the teams around him including the sub-contractors.” Next to receive the Teamwork Award was Donna Cunningham. Donna’s colleague commented: “Donna quickly learnt the whole invoice process for our training centre CISTC, as well as other jobs for the business so she could cover urgent work whilst staff were away on annual leave.” Jordan Beech was awarded for volunteering to take over the monthly staff quiz at the staff social. Their colleague said: “It was great to have it running again and good for staff morale!”

Lastly for this category, Doug English from CISTC also received this award. Doug’s colleague said: “Doug was vital to us completing the Three Peaks Challenge, and it could not have been done without him. He was positive, encouraged us all and was integral in keeping the group on track. It goes without saying that his driving was excellent, and he made sure we had everything we needed at all times.”

Rebecca Stevens from CISTC received the Integrity Award. Rebecca has been priceless in aiding the Natta Charity Golf Day. Her integrity cannot be faulted in all that she does. Nothing is too much trouble when it comes to making the day run as smoothly as possible for everyone else involved.

Clare Clarke and John Murphy both received nominations for the Quality Award. Clare’s colleague said: “Clare is super efficient with her tasks and is always happy to help.” John Murphy received an award for his contribution to the Natta Charity Golf Day. “John has made the Golf Day a massive success again this year, raising an outstanding amount of money for our nominated charities, Rainbow Trust, The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and Woking and Sam Beare Hospice. The hard work starts at the beginning of the year, arranging the event and organising all of the prizes that go with this. Not an easy challenge. Well done John!”

Lastly, the Expertise Award went to Luke Morgan and Van Morgan as well as Daniel Stacey. Luke and Van have assisted and gone above and beyond their roles at our Copthorne Roundabout Project. They provided design solutions on the ground to help accelerate the works, and reduce delays on programme. Finally, Daniel Stacey’s colleague said: “Daniel has been a true asset to the team, and has helped to keep the site going. He has progressed massively in his time here, and is always looking to better himself.”

Congratulations to all of the LOVE Award Winners for July 2023!
