Natta Love Award Winners for March

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for March 2024.

The first to receive an award was Eduard Tinjala for Integrity. His colleague commented: “At our Legoland Windsor Project, we had an extremely busy period. Ed stepped up to the plate to ensure the well-planned works were carried out effectively.” As the main contractor working for Merlin Entertainments, Natta is undertaking the reconfiguration of the existing car parks together with the infrastructure, drainage and services to serve a new holiday village.

Matt Perring from CISTC received the Award for Collaboration. Matt’s colleague said: “Matt has increased his sales month on month and is now exceeding his monthly sales target. He is a great asset to the team, a massive well done!”

Finally, Kate Chandler and Nischka Swinton also received the Award for Collaboration. Both Kate and Nischka have worked extremely hard this month to help with the data spreadsheets for our new training system.
