Natta Love Award Winners for January 2023

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for January 2023.

Firstly, the Teamwork Award went to Lisa Lunn, Stan Alden and James Hibberd from The Buying Team. They were nominated for being welcoming and ready to help; very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

This award was also awarded to Barry Davis and Sharron Hampson. A colleague commented: “Barry is always going above and beyond every time we asked him to look or do anything. He has always been able to help. So we would like to let him know he’s appreciated.” Sharron also received this award for assisting in the completion of the Achilles audit. She helped with the HR questions as our HR Manager was not available.

The Expertise Award went to Jo Whelan and Matt Wyles.  A colleague commented: “The new Firewall that has been implemented has cut down spam in my inbox, saving me valuable time. So well-done IT!” Matt was also nominated for this expertise, for achieving a great result of 41/45 on the Considerate Constructors Scheme inspection at our new Senior Living project for Birchgrove Life in Godalming.

Nigel Chinnock received the Integrity Award. Their colleague said: “Nigel is constantly going above and beyond for us here at Bristol despite the ever-changing goals. His site diary, day worksheets, and general record keeping are second to none.”

And finally, the Collaboration Award went to James Egan, Jasbir Singh, Jitinder Singh and Andreea Guriuc. James was nominated for going above and beyond; particularly for his assistance in achieving our Considerate Constructors Award. Jasbir and Jitinder’s colleague said: “They have dug all the foundations in Angmering and have done an excellent job. Even when they were required to be closer to home, they made sure to stay with us until everything was completed.”

Andreea was also nominated for responding quickly to questions over the telephone, enabling her to respond to the Achilles Auditors quickly and efficiently.
