Natta Love Award Winners for February

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for February 2024.

The award for Quality this month went to Ian Donovan. Their colleague commented: “Ian has done an amazing job taking over the CCTV Drainage Reporting and Surveying. He is always there to help out and he is super professional. We really appreciate all his hard work and dedication. He’s a great team player and deserves this recognition.Sead Lekaj also received a Quality Award. Sead did a fantastic job of altering the benching on an existing pumping chamber. This was difficult work that he completed brilliantly, his work is very much appreciated.

The first Teamwork Award went to Elliot Braund from CISTC. His colleague commented: “Any time I ask for anything to be done he goes above and beyond to help, or nudges me in the right direction.Natalia Sadlon also received an award for Teamwork. Natalia returned to Legoland and was a tremendous help in populating our Project Management System Fonn with documents from the past 6 months. Natalia’s patience was exemplary and she carried out the task with due diligence.

February Love Awards

Lisa Lunn received the Collaboration Award. Lisa’s colleague said: “After late notice, Lisa went out of her way to find the correct pipework needed to connect up to an existing sewer at Aldershot. The collection of the items from two different suppliers was arranged on the same day. This allowed us to complete the drainage run without any delays.

Next to receive an award was Ashley Hucklesby for Safety. Ashley has been a key team member for the setup of our new project called Bicester 1. He has shown great knowledge of Health and Safety, as well as expertise and quality throughout the installation of the required works.

Clinton Williams was given the Expertise Award. His colleague said: “We are pleased to recommend Clinton for an expertise award for his exceptional technical knowledge. Clinton’s expertise have been invaluable to our organisation. He has demonstrated a deep understanding and has consistently delivered high-quality work.” Angela Fowler from CISTC was also awarded the Expertise Award. Her colleague commented: “Angela has dealt with all sorts of queries about training and information for the classes we deliver. No problem is too small or too big. All taken in her stride. Thank you.

Lastly, the final Expertise Award went to Jo Whelan. Her colleague commented: “Ever since I became a part of the company, I have been met with kindness and patience from everyone. I wanted to give special thanks to Jo Whelan for her support and time since I started, in particular with the Staff Update Presentation which was a great success.
