In just over a week, Natta will be exhibiting at this year’s Care Show at the NEC in Birmingham on 10th and 11th October 2017.
The Care Show is the UK’s biggest, busiest and best-known care event of the year.
The show, held annually, is designed to give inspiration, outstanding innovation and ideas to assist in the running of businesses within the care sector. It also provides opportunities for networking, support, solutions and training to organisations responsible for the care of the senior living community.
About Care in Construction
This year, a new zone called Care in Construction has been introduced. Visitors will be able to network and hear from construction professionals, care operators and interior designers working on care-related construction projects.
Over both days the Care in Construction seminar theatre will feature CPD accredited content. The sessions will give visitors the opportunity to learn about current innovative care projects in the UK.
Future outlook on Construction growth in the UK
Compared to 2011, the contract value in 2016 has more than doubled in the care sector.
According to a Lancet study, an extra 70,000 care home places will be needed by 2025, with pensioners now spending twice as long living without independence.
There are now almost 20,000 care homes, nursing homes, and residential homes providing adult and elderly care throughout the UK.

How can Natta help?
Natta has a history of working on numerous fast track groundworks packages. These form a large element of a modern Care Home or Retirement Village. Natta’s ability to offer a complete package of works from pre-planning design development through to the completion of all site works makes us the perfect partner. This knowledge together with our main contracting experience allows us to act as either a package groundworks contractor or main contractor for the shell and core package.

Natta handed over our first full design and build package for a 64-bed care home earlier this year. This video showcases our capabilities within the care home sector and the quality of works that we can deliver.
Commercial Director, Matt Sainty commented, “Thanks to all at Natta who played a part in delivering this quality product. We would like to also thank Avery Healthcare for the opportunity. This video shows, as a main contractor, Natta’s expertise within the care home sector.”
