Natta Awarded Redevelopment of Mindenhurst, Deepcut Barracks

Natta are pleased to announce the award of a new contract. We are undertaking the construction of the new access roundabout and Phase 1 spine road at the redevelopment of Mindenhurst (Deepcut Barracks) in Surrey, for Skanska Infrastructure Services.

About Mindenhurst

The redevelopment of Deepcut barracks, known as Mindenhurst, is being led by the DIO and Skanska.

Situated on the site of the former Princess Royal Barracks, Mindenhurst will offer new homes and local amenities. These will include: 1200 new homes, a new Primary School, retail outlets, sports facilities, business premises and over 69 hectares of public green space.

The existing Princess Royal Barracks will be transformed into a high quality, sustainable rural heathland village.
