Natta awarded North Stoneham Park Contract

Natta are pleased to announce the award of a new contract at North Stoneham Park in Eastleigh by client Highwood Group.

Natta have been appointed by Highwood as the Lead Contractor to undertake the initial infrastructure 278 works. The scheme of works for Natta comprises: 3 new major junctions off Stoneham Lane into the new development together with associated infrastructure, roads and drainage.

About North Stoneham Park

North Stoneham Park is a substantial parcel of land consisting of 120 acres set on the outskirts of Eastleigh. The area is bordered by Chestnut Avenue, Stoneham Way and Home Wood. The scheme, a landmark mixed-use residential project, will deliver 1100 new homes to meet the shortfall in this area’s housing requirements.

The development will include: accommodation for the elderly, including a care home and assisted and independent living units, a school, community hub, leisure and sporting facilities and landscaped public spaces.
