Natta Gets Silver!
Natta has steadily continued to grow and evolve as a company since its set up in 1972. As a specialist contractor in construction, our people are what makes the Company successful. Natta is delighted to announce that we have been awarded silver accreditation against the Investors in People (IIP) in recognition of our commitment to high performance through excellent people management.
Paul Devoy, CEO of Investors in People, said: “We’d like to congratulate Natta on achieving Silver Accreditation. It is a remarkable effort for any organisation and places Natta in fine company with a host of organisations that understand the value of people.”
Commenting on the award, Vanessa Pinto, Natta HR Manager stated: “We are thrilled to be recognised with this Silver Award. This demonstrates our staff’s outstanding commitment and dedication to the success of the business and it’s people practices.”
The Investors in People Awards set exceptionally high standards. It is clear that in every facet of the programme’s design and execution the organisers have been proactive in finding ways to ensure the awards are completely fair and wholly trustworthy.
Investors in People (IIP) Silver Award is a fantastic achievement and something only 20% of organisations achieve. It means that the right principles are in place. However more than that, it means our management teams are making active efforts to make sure that there’s real consistency and everyone in the organisation are feeling the effects!
About Investors in People (IIP)
Investors in People (IIP) is all about business improvement. IIP started out 28 years ago to try to make the workplace a better place to introduce improvements and give recognition to employees. Natta’s relationship started with IIP in 2007, from then on Natta has improved their workplace practice year on year. The Investors in People Standard is the national benchmark of good people management with a robust framework for organisations to rate themselves against that reflects the latest workplace trends and leading practices.
We both believe that the success of organisations begins and ends with people. If IIP make work better for everyone, they make work better for every organisation. And if they do that… they make society stronger, healthier and happier.
The IIP standard is made up of 9 indicators, each sitting under one of three Criteria: ‘Leading, Supporting and Improving’.
Natta has joined 15,000 other organisations across 75 countries to make work better. This prestigious Silver status in the ‘Investors in People’ accreditation recognises outstanding management, communication and training within businesses and organisations.
For something that takes up that much of our time, IIP and Natta think people deserve to get more out of it than just a regular paycheque. And we are just getting started…
