Natta Appointed on new MMC NH3 Framework

We are delighted to announce that Natta and 32 other organisations have been appointed to the LHC NH3 Framework. The Modern Methods of Construction Framework encompasses low-rise, medium and high-rise dwellings and specialist accommodations such as care homes. The framework will run across England, Scotland and Wales to help tackle challenges in this sector.

MMC NH3 Framework LHC

The LHC Framework NH3 brings together both suppliers and buyers to build, refurbish and maintain social housing and public property at a quicker pace, and in a  cost-effective way, ultimately benefiting the local community. The overall goal is to deliver low and net zero-carbon dwellings quicker. Natta is passionate about projects that lower environmental impact, as well as benefitting the local community, so it is great to have been given the opportunity to be a part of this framework.

Natta is currently working on the groundworks for a modular housing development in Bristol for our client BoKlok. The project consists of 77 houses and 128 apartments.

A huge thank you to everyone at Natta who made this possible! We look forward to the future opportunities that will arise from being a part of this framework.
