Love Award Winners for November

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for November 2024.

The first to receive an award were Mikel Mahmutaj and Kris Lelaj for Collaboration. Their colleague commented: “Mikel and his apprentice Kris recently installed an electric vehicle charger at my house so that I could charge my Natta Van. They completed the entire job themselves. I could not have wished for a tidier, quieter more professional job. They left the patio, path, drive, and garage meticulously clean and tidy. I couldn’t be happier.”

Next, Van Morgan received an award for Collaboration. His colleague said: “Van doesn’t hesitate to take on more responsibility. He assisted with the management sitewide, sharing his years of experience to assist those around him. Van has always proven to be an asset; his personality and attitude is always positive no matter the task in hand.”

Lastly, the Sustainability award went to Garry Young. His colleague commented: “Garry has made a real effort to cut his idling time on his excavator, so much that he comes in second on the drivers list.” At Natta, we have the latest telemetry monitoring and idling data systems in place on our excavators, dumpers, loaders and dozers.
