Love Award Winners for May

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for May 2025.

Natalie Bennett received an award for Integrity. Natalie looks after the CISTC accounts, and her attention to detail and proactive approach have made a real difference in ensuring everything is running smoothly. Her hard work often goes unseen, but it’s truly appreciated.

Mick Borner, David Miller and Rebecca Thurgood got an Integrity Award. Their colleague said: “It was an eventful week at CISTC, and all three of them stepped up and utilised their first aid and mental health first aid training. A candidate asked for a mental health first aider. Dave and Rebecca helped look after and support them in seeking the help they needed. Rebecca spotted a candidate unwell on the stairs and made sure he was safe. Mick stepped in to help look after them until the ambulance arrived. All three helped deal with these stressful situations and handled them with great compassion and integrity.

Next to be nominated was Andrei Alexa for Collaboration: His colleague said: “Andrei consistently takes a proactive approach. He provides valuable support to both the production and commercial departments. Andrei has shown his ability to work brilliantly as part of a team. He makes a meaningful contribution to the success of our projects.”

Amber Sawkins also got a Collaboration Award. Amber quickly put together a brilliant flyer for the NESCOT Open Day hosted on 22nd of May, and and she turned it around in just a couple of hours.

Jon Hyam received a Collaboration Award. His colleague said: “Jon designed a fantastic sales stats information page for our weekly sales team meetings. This will really help us track progress each month and maximise our sales.
