Love Award Winners for July

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for July

The first to be awarded was Jean Gardner for the Collaboration Award. Her colleague said: “Jean is always quick to assist us whenever we face tricky or urgent purchases. She consistently goes out of her way to source even the most obscure items, and she does so with speed and efficiency. Her support plays a crucial role in helping the Natta Services team respond to maintenance issues promptly. We truly appreciate her dedication and hard work. Thank you, Jean, your efforts do not go unnoticed.”

Next to get a Collaboration Award was Nitisha Shrestha. Her colleague commented: “Nitisha supervised two students who were completing work experience at our Copthorne project for one week. Her dedication and enthusiasm in organising their programme of activities and learning outcomes were outstanding. Nitisha’s efforts made a significant contribution to creating a great experience for the students. Nitisha consistently upholds high standards, and this is reflected in the professional and positive way she represents our company to the public across all perspectives.”

Dom Davison also got a Collaboration Award. Dom liaised with the council to get a previous project completed at the end of the maintenance period. This is vital for client relationships, and it is appreciated when this is carried out expediently.

Ben Gamroth was the last to get a Collaboration Award. His colleague mentioned: “Ben cut his holiday short by three days to return to work early and help on site due to staff shortages at our Gammaton Moor Devon project. Thank you Ben. Not sure I can remember anyone else doing that recently, so this is much appreciated.”

Next, the Integrity Award went to the Natta Golf Day team, Jenna Goode, Rebecca Thurgood, Megan Rafano, Amber Sawkins, Ian Donovan and Bled Mahmutaj. Their colleague commented: “Jenna did a fantastic job organising the Natta Golf Day with great support on the day from Rebecca, Ian and Bled, and excellent promotional support and event collateral from Megan and Amber in marketing. A brilliant team effort!

Jason Thurgood also got an Integrity Award. He played a key role behind the scenes of our Natta Golf Day. Jason helped ensure the day ran smoothly and marked all the scorecards to determine the winners. He was brilliant and a big part of the day’s success.

Finally, Gareth Fowler was awarded the Integrity Award. His colleague said: “He came into the office and gave myself and David a really good pep talk at a time we both were feeling less than confident, which definitely helped us both step our game up.”

Congratulations to all of the LOVE Award Winners for July 2025.
