Love Award Winners for October

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for October 2024.

The first to receive an award for Integrity was Mark McMorrow and Georgiana Mosanu. Mark and Georgiana showed real tenacity to close out a project for us. They remained professional and went the extra mile to make sure the client’s representative would sign off our work. Owning and pushing to complete projects is a mark of how effective a project team is. They showed this to be the case.

Andi Lewington was also awarded the Integrity Award. His colleague commented: “Andi contributes his part to our sales and service-led ethos by ensuring he prioritises candidates on every course. A Buxted Construction Manager indicated they were very satisfied as a business and highlighted that Andi had been an excellent trainer. This, amongst other incidents, has ensured that CISTC is the preferred supplier to Buxted Construction.”

Next, Belinda Jones received an Innovation Award. Belinda recently won the South England Prestige Award – Vocational Education Provider of the Year for the Surrey Training Group. The regional award was introduced in 2018, and recognises, smaller, independent businesses that are extremely successful and hard-working on a local level. A panel of industry expert judges choose an overall winner. Well done Belinda!

The Collaboration Award went to Dylan Matthews, William Stevenson and Lukasz Pieczonka. Their colleague said: “The St Neots project was demanding for the entire team, but particularly for the production team. S278 schemes are generally challenging. They require a wide range of skills to be applied to complete the project within the required timeframe and standards. However, our team at St Neots delivered the project on time, while also fostering a positive, long-term relationship with our client, Urban & Civic.”

Finally, Ibrahim Al-Obaidy received a Collaboration Award. His colleague commented: “Ibrahim was asked to visit our Birchgrove site to aid with engineering and setting out some of the external works. He was happy to help at short notice. The setting out was more extensive than first thought. Consequently, he stayed two hours late on a Friday night to ensure everything was ready for the required work on Saturday morning. Considering this is not a project he is involved with; the extra effort was greatly appreciated.

Congratulations to all of the LOVE Award Winners for October 2024!
