Love Award Winners for June

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for June 2024.

The first award for Collaboration went to Fernando Lopez and Bled. Fernando and Bled successfully completed the road works at Angmering under a very tight timescale and to high-quality standards. They managed to open the road in time and avoid lane rental charges.

Next to receive the Collaboration Award were Carole Gamroth and Charlotte Hamer. Their colleague said: “Carole and Charlotte arranged to return to work in an evening and help resolve accommodation issues that our Devon site team faced. Without this action, our team would have had no accommodation for the night. The team appreciated the personal time given up to resolve the issue, thank you Carole and Charlotte!”

Ian Donovan also received the Collaboration Award. His colleague commented: “Ian organised the Natta Team for the Dragon Boat Race. He went out of his way to buy food and drink for everyone on his own time. He erected and dismantled marquees for all to use on the day.”

Collaboration Award went to Ashley Gregory and Nick Lelaj: Their colleague said: “Whilst a new team was being introduced to the project, and many changes were being implemented, Ashley and Nick were a great asset whilst an inspection from Considerate Constructors was arranged. They assisted with a very sporty marketing suite programme to hand over. On programme, with minimal snags is an exceptional effort. Great work and quality. Keep it up!”

Finally, Leoni Fowler received the Integrity Award. Her colleague commented: “Leoni has successfully overseen the FORS Bronze audit which I am pleased to say has been approved with zero minor and zero major action points. A lot of meticulous work has gone into achieving this difficult accreditation which is an essential component to the safe operation of our transport fleet.”
