Love Award Winners for July

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for July 2024.

The first to receive an award for Collaboration was Ed Jones. Ed’s colleague said: “Ed has gone above and beyond. In his evenings and over the weekends he has read through 131 pages of highly technical British Standards and NGED standards relating to the electrical installation and earthing requirements at substations, which identified a potential issue before it occurred, potentially saving us money.”

Next, Oleg Gadiac and Ivan Tocovenco received the Collaboration Award. Their colleague said: “Their hard work helped us achieve tight deadlines for CML in Copthorne and ensure the works delivered were up to a high standard.”

Also awarded for Collaboration was Jenna Goode, Jean and Rebecca. They received this award for all of their hard work at the Natta Golf Day Event. There was a lot of work that went on behind the scenes in organising the event. Thanks to the outstanding generosity and sportsmanship of the players and all of the teams efforts, we raised an incredible £26,223, for our three nominated charities: Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity, The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity and Woking & Sam Beare Hospice.

Kasia Rovira, Michael Collins and Ionut Dobroiu received the Innovation Award. Their colleague commented: “Well done to the team at Birchgrove for scoring 45/45 on the last Considerate Constructors Scheme. Keep up the good work!”

Lastly, Phil Collyer received the Integrity Award. “Phil was quick to use his own initiative and respond to his colleague on site who needed assistance, going above and beyond to help him.”
