Love Award Winners for August 2025

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for August.

John Gormley was the first person nominated for the Collaboration Award. His colleague commented: “Every time I have ever asked for help or assistance, he always helps. Nothing seems too much trouble, and he expects nothing in return.”

Next to get the Collaboration Award was Andrei Alexa. His colleague said: “Following a site requirement to relocate the Trimble base station, Andrei cancelled his annual leave so that he could attend site and recalibrate for the Trimble system. Andrei was adamant that he would attend site the following morning to ensure there were no delays to the project. He had the revised Trimble model prepared and ready to use the following morning. Andrei’s dedication has ensured the project remains on programme. Thank you Andrei.”

Grant Cooke also received a Collaboration Award. Grant has been busy at our Safe Route to School Waterlooville project, constructing a cycleway and footpath. Grant’s ability, non-stop hard work, and self-reliance using his Trimble enabled machine has ensured that the project has remained on programme. The client has noted Grant’s dedication and attention to detail.

Phil Collyer got a Collaboration Award. Phil has also been working at our Waterlooville Project. He worked hard to help complete this project one day ahead of programme. This is a testament to Phil’s abilities as a leader and the work ethic he instils in his workforce. Well done Phil!

Another Collaboration Award went to Lucy Whittall. Her colleague mentioned: “Lucy has really helped me settle into the receptionist job. She has been really kind and also really great and patient when helping me out.”

Jennifer Reddin received a Collaboration Award. She diligently ensures all team members supply to her any information so it can be uploaded to Fonn and shared with the wider team.

A Collaboration Award also went to Alan Thornton. Alan is always the first to get stuck in when materials arrive, even when he’s got plenty on his own plate. He’s happy to jump in with loading and unloading for the Services team. He is thoughtful about planning his yard work so he doesn’t get in our way or hold things up. He put a lot of effort into tidying and reorganising the Plant Yard. Thank you, Alan for your hard work.

Laurentiu received a Collaboration Award. They worked hard to install kerbs, edgings, sign posts, access covers and block paving all in the space of a few weeks. They listen well and ask questions when they were not sure about something. This is vital when doing finishing works. The group took pride in their work which is reflected in the high quality.

The final Collaboration Award went to Erion Ademi. Since arriving at Sittingbourne, Erion’s performance on site has been fantastic, constantly going above and beyond to push the project forward no matter what task he is assigned. His attitude and motivation has had a noticeable impact on the site and the gangs he has worked with.

Angela Fowler received an Integrity Award. Following on from an idea we discussed, Angela put together a brilliant proposal to Surrey County Council for us to deliver skills boot camps. We are over the moon that this has been accepted and are really looking forward to delivering these to the wider community.

Another Integrity Award went to Gaz Dauti for expertly keeping on top of details of the ground floor slab to ensure hand over to the next trade is on time.

Lastly, Florin Lungu received an Integrity Award. His colleague said: “I’d like to recognise Florin Lungu for his efforts in driving the asphalt visit forward at RAF Molesworth. His persistence and proactive approach ensured everything was complete ahead of our sub-contractors on site. This level of dedication and collaboration with his team made a significant impact and deserves to be commended.”

Congratulations to all of the LOVE Award Winners for August 2025.
