Love Award Winners for April

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for April 2025.

Van Morgan was the first to receive the award for Collaboration. His colleague commented: “Van has often stepped up and exceeded his job role responsibilities to assist with site management, operative development, site production and efficiency. He has recently contributed to the planning of upcoming works at our Sittingbourne Care Home project, with a smart solution to retaining a large volume of ground. This has resulted in savings on the programme, and commercially.

Next, the Innovation Award went to Jitender Singh. Their colleague mentioned: “Jitender demonstrated excellent foresight and attention to detail by capturing clear photographs of completed works, which have proven invaluable a year later. These records have been crucial in resolving a recent issue. His initiative reflects a strong commitment to quality and is a great example of proactive professionalism.”

Finally, Stewart Collins received the Integrity Award. His colleague said: “It is always a pleasure to have him as part of the project team. He consistently takes ownership of the projects he undertakes, from start to finish. Moreover, the quality of work he delivers is above and beyond. His collaboration with clients is also maintained to a high standard.”

Congratulations to all of the LOVE Award Winners for April 2025!
