Love Award Winners for August

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for August 2024.

Firstly, the Integrity Award went to Donna Cunningham. Her colleague nominated her for passing her AAT Level 2. They said: “She showed great determination in completing it within the year. Well done.”

Next, Ivan Tocovenco and Oleg Gadica received awards for Integrity. Their colleague said: “Ivan and Oleg are working remotely over at the Copthorne site. They have maintained great outputs whilst also being courteous to the public at the interface of the footpath, showcasing Natta in a great way.”

Ian Donovan was the last to be nominated for an Integrity Award. Ian’s colleague commented: “Ian waited after work until 8pm outside the gate at Natta for a package to be delivered to fix an urgent water issue in a house with no hot water. He always goes above and beyond in his job.”

Finally, Mark McMorrow received an award for Collaboration. His colleague said: “We all have to collaborate and listen to other sections of the business to ensure we can do our jobs correctly through good communication of information. Mark will always go above and beyond to get what you need.”

Congratulations to all of the LOVE Award Winners for August 2024!
