OVERVIEW

This project involved the redevelopment of an unused farm shed, transforming it into 3 spacious and modern, barn style houses. In addition, we carried out the full construction of two new builds.

SCOPE OF WORKS

The scope for this development included the complete demolition of the existing structures, undertaking the groundworks to prepare the site, and the full construction of 2 residential units. Additionally, we then re-constructed a dilapidated barn and ensured that we preserved its character and refurbished the existing stone barn.

The completed development consists of five properties; 3 four-bedroom houses, 1 two-bedroom house and 1 three-bedroom house. The finished design incorporates the existing slate, brick/flint and timber boarding. These were complemented by the addition of modern glazing and high-quality, luxurious internal fittings.

Each property has a private garden and they have access to a shared refuse and recycling storage area. There is a private courtyard for parking with at least two parking spaces per property and the facility for EV charging.

All of the properties have been finished to a high standard. These unique properties offer breathtaking and expansive views of the countryside.
