This project was comprised of estate roads and footpaths, services, deep drainage, 9m deep pump station and landscaping.SCOPE OF WORKS
Part of a Major mixed-use waterfront development opportunity fronting the Solent, suitable for commercial, leisure and residential development. The site has been developed for military purposes since 1917 and forms part of the larger Daedalus Estate, 450 acres, which includes an operational civilian airfield, a search and rescue facility operated by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, a college and a new Business Park, currently under construction.Our scope included guided auger boring of 300 and 600 diameter sewers, remediation of land, working with contaminated soils and water, construction of the main infrastructure roads and sewers in challenging ground.The project also required the installation of new water mains and HV electric services together with diversions of HV, LV, BT and water services. The work also comprised of an upgrade and expansion of Ross House Junction together with bounding modifications. Also installing over a kilometre of twin raising main across Daedalus airfield.
