OVERVIEW

Appointed as the main contractor, Natta was responsible for delivering the enabling infrastructure works for a new Industrial Park development. The project aimed to create access to a new industrial park that will feature a drive-thru Starbucks, a petrol station, and a range of commercial units designed to support business growth and economic activity in the area. Our works provided the essential groundwork and connectivity required to facilitate the next stages of development.

SCOPE OF WORKS

Our scope included the construction of a new on line roundabout with a short section of access road. The existing highway remainedopen at all times, which required careful traffic management planning and close coordination with stakeholders to ensure public safety and minimise disruption.

Extensive resurfacing of the existing carriageway was undertaken to upgrade the condition of the road surface. In addition, new street lighting and water mains (including diversions) were installed. The project also involved significant underground infrastructure works. An adoptable foul drainage diversion and storm attenuation tank were installed on site, as well as, potable water main and BT diversions..

Our comprehensive approach ensured that all aspects of the project were completed to a high standard.
