OVERVIEW

Natta were awarded subcontractor by Crest Nicholson. This project was for the groundworks and infrastructure for 110 houses at the former MOD Base at Arborfield.

SCOPE OF WORKS

We undertook the full build to DPC, including CFA piled foundations, substructure blockwork and block and beam floors and issued collateral warranties to the developer.

The aggressive build programme entailed a workforce of some 50 operatives to undertake work on a number of different fronts at the same time.

As our extended remit, we acted as principle contractor until the developer was able to take over.
