OVERVIEW

Natta was appointed to undertake the construction of a new 70-bed Care Home, for Care UK, in Angmering, West Sussex. Works included the full design and build including all associated external works, drainage and services.

SCOPE OF WORKS

The building is on a split level arrangement, which added additional complexity in terms of access and site logistics. Despite these challenges, the project was delivered on time and to a high standard. A new access road to serve the wider development was also constructed as part of the wider scheme, improving connectivity.

Now completed, the care home has its own coffee shop, hair salon, cinema, bar and lovely landscaped gardens. A full range of care services for elderly people are offered, ranging from short-term and permanent residential and dementia care, to sensitive and truly personalised end-of-life care.
