April’s LOVE (Live our values everyday) Award Winners!
Natta are pleased to announce the second LOVE Award winners for April 2017.
Well done to the following staff for their dedication last month to following our core values:
For commitment to Safety, the award was presented to Francis Slater and Paul Dakin from our Kidbrooke site for rescuing 7 ducklings from a balcony on a first-floor site building. They showed great effort in keeping safe not only themselves and the operatives on site but also living creatures too! Ben Gamroth was also awarded for his reminders to staff to have the correct PPE in use. He also maintained good segregation from the machine excavation area to the operatives’ walkways in a very tight space.

Nick Lelaj showed Expertise for continuing to share knowledge to team members within the ‘fit out’ contract at Astbury Manor, Bracknell for Avery Healthcare. He also maintained 100% attendance whilst experiencing a very difficult month.

At our Daedalus project Matthew Stockford showed Integrity by spotting an error in the client’s specification which dictated that we conduct a radiological survey on site. He spoke to the client and rectified this error in a professional manner. Matt’s behaviour reinforces our site team’s effort to develop and nurture a good relationship with our client; building trust and a better working environment.

For the Quality award Gazmend Dauti earned praise from the client, Portakabin. Throughout the project, Gaz shows his skill for organisation in keeping the site tidy and safe; making it easier to work and reinforcing our good relationship with the client. Furthermore, other visitors to the site have commented positively on the well organised presentation.
