Natta’s Love Award Winners for June 2021

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (‘Live Our Values Everyday’) Winners for June 2021.

The award for Safety was given to Vasile Jijiie & Robert Sincariu who have both been proactive and forward-thinking in managing their work area to ensure no one is put at risk.

The Expertise award went to Steve Alexander, Dimi Simicevas and Lil Buckle. Steve was nominated for using our own decking for a working platform in place of a scaffold. This proved to work as a much better solution to the deck under the roof.

Dimi received an excellent review from a client of CISTC: “The attention to detail, information and delivery was exceptional and Dimitri was a first-class instructor. Everything was covered in great detail and nothing was too much trouble for him. The share of time between all students and catering for everybody’s needs and skill set was second to none.”

Meanwhile, Lil’s colleague said: “Lil is absolutely fantastic with years of knowledge and expertise, I couldn’t have managed without her. She is always willing to help and has even worked extra days to help out. It has been truly appreciated by all of the team”.

Buddy Holland took the award for Teamwork. When payment for cement was not able to be taken over the phone, Buddy kindly paid using his own card to ensure the purchase was made.

The Collaboration award was given to Ryan Swinton and Mihai Antoce who have both recently attended the Epsom aftersales work. By working closely with local residents, they were able to complete works with minimal disruption.

Also receiving the Collaboration award was Ben Gamroth and Jack Taylor. Ben and Jack have been helping with works in Wantage that are outside of their usual site and are often very challenging. Their colleague commented: “They always go the extra mile to help with anything that comes up and I really appreciate their work to help us get this signed off.”
