Natta’s LOVE award winners for June 2019

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (‘Live Our Values Everyday’) winners for June 2019.

In June, the award for Expertise went to Xhavit Dauti from our site at Barnet. A colleague shared: “For building the last park at Barnet with a fragmentary design in just a few weeks.”

Gabriel Cruz won the award for Quality. Currently working at Winchester, he has overcome several tasks on-site meeting and exceeding expectations of a client.

The Safety award went to Ben Gamroth who is based at Arborfield PMD. During the monthly progress meeting with our Client, the CDM Consultant for the development noted Ben’s proactive approach and commitment to health and safety. A colleague explained, “The CDM consultant went on to photograph Ben’s work for inclusion within his monthly presentation based on good practice.”

Mike O’Donnell, Adrian Ciobanu, and Nick Doyle all won the Teamwork award for June. Mike who is currently working on site at Arborfield U2, has spent a lot of time with the forklifts on site. He has re-arranged and tidied up the compounds for both Parcel T and U2. A colleague noted, “His contribution helped improve the image of Natta on a big job with so many other subcontractors, all while making the site team’s life easier by organising our stocks.”

Both, Adrian and Nick, have coordinated with each other while taking annual leave over the last month. They left organised cover for each other’s workloads. Winchester has taken on more resources recently in order to push the progress drastically forward to get the areas handed over. This, in turn, has significantly increased the workload for the engineers. However, both Nick and Adrian have both taken this work on professionally in order to achieve the project goals quickly.

John Murphy from Natta Homes won the award for Collaboration. Once again John has worked extremely hard organising the Natta Group’s annual Charity Golf Day. A colleague explained further: “This is his 9th year of organising the event and it is a day that not only raises fantastic amounts of money for charity, but it is a day to bring together all of the companies and individuals that we collaborate with internally and externally, to achieve the fantastic results we do.”

Lee Hedgeworth

Finally, June saw Levi Moore and Lee Hedgeworth win the award for Innovation. Levi is currently working at our Winchester site. A colleague shared; “Excellent input to overcome drainage problems on site.” Whilst Lee, who is based at Natta’s head office, has recently been inputting a lot of time and effort into refining a Bluebeam function called ‘Tool Chests’. A colleague went on to explain further: This has been applied to drainage measurements and should lead to great efficiency in undertaking future measures and relaying the right information clearly to both Surveyors and Site.”

A massive well done to all who won this month, keep up the good work. The Love Awards will return again in August!
