OVERVIEW

This project has two distinct parts: a reinforced concrete basement and podium slab, together with a traditional housing site, roads and sewers external works.

SCOPE OF WORKS

All of the site was piled; the ground had contamination. Our package for the basement and podium slab included provision of a Tower Crane.

The site was adjacent to Hertford Train Station and two busy roads, which constrained access and crane positioning.
