OVERVIEW

Natta is undertaking the construction of a new 70 bed Care Home, for Care UK, in Angmering, West Sussex.

SCOPE OF WORKS

As the main contractor, Natta is undertaking the full design and build of the 70 Bed Care Home. This project also includes all associated external works, drainage, and services.

The building is on a split level arrangement adding complications in build access and logistics. The scheme incorporates a new access road serving the wider development.

Once completed, the care home will have its own café and hair salon, cinema, bar and lovely landscaped gardens. The care home will offer a full range of care services for elderly people. Ranging from short-term and permanent residential, nursing, and dementia care, to sensitive and truly personalised end-of-life care.
