This accomplishment reflects Nattas commitment to maintaining the highest standards across our operations. The rigorous external audit assessed our processes, policies, and procedures, confirming that Nattacontinues to meet the stringent requirements set out by these internationally recognised standards. The auditors praised our proactive approach to compliance, where we have incorporated the regular SHEQ audits with checks that are required for ISO audits, therefore accomplishing two goals with every site visit.Focus on Quality Checks We will be implementing more rigorous quality management checks across all projects. The objective - To ensure that tasks are completed correctly the first time, reducing the need for remedial work and keeping costs under control. Why focus on Quality? Revisiting and redoing work due to quality issues isnt just a drain on resources; it also impacts timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction. By strengthening our quality management assurance processes, we are: Enhancing overall efficiency Minimising unnecessary rework Reducing material wastageImproving safety by ensuring compliance from the outset Upholding our reputation of delivering high standards What is Changing? SHEQ will be implementing the following measures to reinforce quality across our sites: More Frequent Inspections: Regular audits and spot checks to catch potential issues early. Stronger Accountability: Clearer quality control measures for teams, ensuring everyone takesownership of the work they complete.Enhanced Training: Focused sessions on best practices and compliance to maintain high standards. Getting it right the first time saves time, money, and effort. By working together and embracing these improved quality measures, we can strengthen our operations and continue delivering the quality expected. David Armstrong, SHEQ Advisor'
