It is a testament to our industry-standard framework for working to best practice. This combined with the diligent work andstandards set by our H&S Manager and site teams helps us to eliminate avoidable errors and improve our safety standards. Our first-class RIDDOR figures speak for themselves. We have had an average of 300 employees and have not had a reportable accident in the last five years. As reported from published Build UK information, the national average rate in construction 2020/2021 per 100,000 workers is 1.34. Nattas current rate of zero is an exemplary record for a company of our size. As a member of RoSPA, the staff team, from the top down, works to ensure everyone goes home safely, every day. This maxim applies to both physical safety and personal wellbeing. This combined with ourmotto, Safety FirstPeople First, and Safety instilled as one of our Core Values underpin this achievement.Workforce Training In 2017, the Natta Group built an award-winning training centre, which is based at our Head Office. Our Group training provider, CISTC, facilitates the training and upskilling of our workforce. Accredited by Achilles, CHAS, and also a SMAS Worksafe Contractor demonstrates our level of competence in our H&S management systems. Site managers are all SMSTS or SSSTS. Using a training matrix, we constantly roll out training courses and are currently up-to-date with First Aid at Work. 80% of our workforce including all our site-based employees are inducted into a Behavioural Safety Course. Our staff also attend courses including leadership, health and wellbeing, including first aid and mental health courses. As a massive thank you to our site teams, they have received a branded commemorative drawstring bag to use to hold their PPE. Well done to everyone at Natta for playing your part in achieving this amazing mile-stone.'
