We are achieving a good standard of work and safety. Well done to all!This month, our health and safety focus are targeting work-related lung disease and how to prevent this in the workplace. This can be easily prevented if exposure to the RISK is effectively controlled.With summer months approaching, we need to comply to health and safety regulations in the summer heat. Extreme heat and dry conditions cause dehydration. So, it is important that we know the signs (please see the diagram). We remind our team to make sure they are drinking plenty of fluids on-site, at least 68 glasses of liquid a day. If you feel unwell find a cool place and loosen tight clothes and sip cool water.
