Love Award Winners for September 2025
Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (Live Our Values Everyday) Winners for September.
Nesa Jovanovic and Matt Wyles were first to be nominated for the Collaboration Award. Their colleague commented: “They took on the challenge of fitting a 6ft excavator with the Trimble Earthworks system and completed the full machine calibration themselves.”
Hannah King was also nominated for a Collaboration Award. Hannah did a brilliant job organising the Community Challenge during the Natta Wellness Week! Each of the three activities was enjoyable, engaging, and clearly put together with great care and thought. Her effort and creativity glistened through in every detail.
Cezara Dan was next to be nominated for a Collaboration Award. Cezara successfully hosted her first Surrey Training Group meeting alongside CITB. It was the first time trialling a training group meeting on Microsoft Teams and it had a good online attendance. She did a really good job on the morning.

Emma Bruton was nominated for an Integrity Award. Her colleague said: “Emma only had a short handover with Annette, but since taking on the role in the canteen has hit the ground running and is already receiving positive feedback from our course delegates.”
Amber Sawkins, Megan Rafano and Jenna Goode were also nominated for an Integrity Award. Their colleague said: “They have been incredibly welcoming and supportive, patiently answering all my questions and making me feel valued.”
Dumitru Gasan and Omer Elmacioglu also got an Integrity Award. Their colleague commented: “They showed outstanding effort and hard work by hand-digging and installing a 50-meter land drain in Copthorne where machines could not be used. Their dedication and determination ensured the job was completed properly and to a high standard.”
Lastly, Nathan Ewing and Georgiana Mosanu were nominated for a Collaboration Award. Their colleague said: “Nathan has given his full support to the organised QS team to maximise the effectiveness of the monthly forecasts on site. This has been insightful and has helped plan the labour resource on site effectively. When both parties contribute to this forecast, it is a really valuable tool for the business.”
Congratulations to all of the LOVE Award Winners for September 2025.
