OVERVIEW

We were contracted to carry out the shell and core element of this 16,500 ft² mansion with an attached 5,000 ft² underground garage.

SCOPE OF WORKS

The house’s core was of reinforced concrete, basement and frame, infilled with blockwork and Metsec framing, ultimately overlaid with render and stone effect cladding.

The roof was a combination of slate on pitched areas and Trocal membrane on flat areas. Installation of sash windows, steel curved and spiral staircases completed our package.

We were then engaged to act as principle contractor to provide engineering and logistics support to individual fit our trades employed by the client directly.

We were also engaged to complete the external landscaping of the property, to enable us to see the project through from start to finish.
