Wellbeing at Natta

At Natta, we believe that a healthy, supported and engaged workforce is vital to building a successful and resilient business. We recognise that wellbeing extends beyond physical safety. It encompasses mental health, emotional resilience, and the sense of belonging that comes from a supportive workplace culture.

We are committed to creating an open and inclusive environment where every member of our team feels comfortable talking about wellbeing without stigma or judgement. Through leadership, training, and ongoing dialogue, we are embedding wellbeing into the very fabric of our culture — as a core element of our safety and people strategy.

Our Commitment to our Staff

Natta is proud to be a signatory of the Mental Health Charter and a Supporter of the Lighthouse Club Charity, aligning our approach with leading industry frameworks for mental health and welfare. These partnerships enable us to deliver structured awareness campaigns, masterclasses and practical tools to help our staff manage stress, anxiety, and emotional wellbeing.

We have launched a dedicated Mental Health Hub providing access to confidential advice, helplines, and resources to support every employee. Our team also benefits from the Construction Industry Helpline App, ensuring that confidential and professional support is available 24/7, whenever needed.

Health and Wellbeing in Practice

We take a proactive approach to health and wellbeing through:

Our programmes are reinforced through training and awareness delivered via our training partner, CISTC. Together, we provide a series of Lighthouse Wellbeing Masterclasses and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) courses to equip our staff and managers with the skills to identify early signs of distress and provide appropriate support.

Additional training includes:

Our Pledge

Natta is developing a long-term Mental Health Framework that embeds wellbeing principles across all levels of our business. This framework will guide how we design, deliver, and manage our projects, ensuring that our people and everyone in our wider industry feel supported throughout their working lives.

Our goal is simple: to create a workplace where people can thrive — physically, mentally, and socially — so that together, we build a stronger, healthier construction community.

Natta’s Wellbeing Statement

The Natta Group recognises that wellbeing is essential for both our people and our organisation. Together, share a responsibility to protect the physical and mental health of our employees. We aim to provide a positive, inclusive working environment that enables every employee to flourish and reach their full potential — for their own benefit and for the success of our business.

When wellbeing is integrated into daily practice, it drives engagement, productivity, and innovation. When people are happy and well, businesses thrive — and communities flourish.
