b"The second quarter of the year has seen Nattas Health & Safety performance improve month on month. Although we have faced some stiff challenges whilst taking on new and existing projects, our teams have continued to deliver to our client's satisfaction. All whilst the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone who is affected by our works, remains our top priority. I am delighted that we have surpassed our 5,000,000 hours worked without a reportable accident target. We must continue our combined efforts and hard work to get to the next million. Well done all. As mentioned in the previous newsletter, we shall be rolling out our safety climate questionnaire to all employees in September 2021. This will be done in two sections. Firstly, the site-based teams will receive paper copies of the questionnaire which will be completed and returned by the site lead. Then the office-based teams will receive an online questionnaire to be completed and returned to the HSE Manager. The safety climate questionnaire is anonymous to allow employees to answer questions without the fear of reprisal.The Phase 2 NQA integrated management audit has now been confirmed by our external auditor for the first week in October 2021. The audit preparation has already begun in earnest with internal audits planned in September.We continue to adapt to changes in the construction industry as a result of COVID-19 and ensure our safety systems including method statements, risk assessment and procedures take into consideration the management and spread of the virus.Othuke Okah - SHEQ ManagerOver the last few months, the Natta Team have been raising funds for one of our chosen charities, Rainbow Trust.Fantasy Football League Earlier in the year, some of the team from our Head Office set up their own Fantasy Football League. The 3 winners, Cosmin, Huw and Andrei kindly donated their winnings of 70 to the children's charity.Euros 2020 Sweepstake More recently, the on-site team at our project in Wrotham held a Euros 2020 sweepstake . Sam Bestall from Konnect Recruit took the win with Italy and decided to donate his winnings of 57.50 to Rainbow Trust."
