b'On 7th July, Natta and The Natta Groups training provider, CISTC held a joint signing ceremony to join the Armed Forces Covenant.People are very much at the heart of our business, but to truly support our people, we must create a culture that is diverse, inclusive and importantly, representative of the communities we work within. The covenant lays out commitments for businesses to protect and support members of the Armed Forces community ensuring that they have the same access to government and commercial services and opportunities as other citizens.Signing the Armed Forces Covenant represents our pledge and demonstrates our support to respect the Armed Forces Community. We recognise the value serving personnel, both regular and reservists, veterans, and military families contribute to our business and our country. For us, this can relate to equal opportunities with employment within the Natta Group and discounted construction training courses through CISTC. We will also support participating organisations with free mentoring, advice, and training through our Construction Training GroupSurrey Training Group. For more information on our pledges please visit our Armed Forces Covenant page in our Careers section.Adhering to government guidelines, we were joined by 20 guests to witness the signing followed by Afternoon Tea.
