b'Carole Gamroth received the award for Integrity. Despite many difficult challenges and a high volume of work over the last year, Carole has always delivered and met deadlines with quality work. Charlotte Hamer took the award for both Quality and Collaboration. Her colleague said: Charlotte has offered me great training as a newcomer. She continues to offer support for daily processes and is ready to help at any time. Also receiving the award for Quality was Iona Huckle and Dragos Valentin Costin. Iona was nominated for her excellent communication skills in fielding calls and keeping on top of a busy reception desk. His colleague commented: Dragos is a great asset to site and NattaKeep up the good work! The Innovation award was given to Luke Dove and Huw Rees. Luke discovered an old haul road through a protected tree area that would aid access to a tight site. This has saved the company time and money on logistics and import. The access road will now be utilised for the duration of Phase 1 of the project. Huw was nominated for his contribution to the methods and use of materials in achieving technical advantage. This was evident in the R&D successes over the year. Mark Watkins also received the award for Innovation as well as Teamwork. One colleague commented: Not only is Mark always suggesting good and innovative storage ideas, he is really helpful in general. He helps when our gatemen are under pressure, he tidies up, helps with our young operatives, looks after our skips and even works after hours when surprise deliveries turn up. Also receiving the Teamwork award was Dominic Davison. Dominic has recently given some fantastic feedback from site which the commercial team will be able to use to better price work in the future.AprilLOVE Award WinnersThe award for Safety went to Sezair Dautaj for delivering Toolbox Talks to operatives in a way that got the message across very efficiently without lowering the quality of information given. Valerio Simonetti took the award for Expertise for his hard work on-site at Basildon. His colleague commented: "Ioannis is able to make correct decisions on the spot with little help and can be trusted to lead with any type of groundworks. He is an asset to Natta and any project manager or engineer would be happy to have him on their site. The Integrity award went to Annette Hills for overcoming difficult kitchen and cleaning challenges posed by COVID-19 by working hard and always delivering.'
