b'The LOVE Awards (Live Our Values Everyday) is just one of the ways that Natta acknowledges and rewards our staff for their on-going commitment to following Nattas core values: Safety, Expertise, Integrity, Quality, Innovation, Teamwork, Collaboration and Sustainability.Here are the winners from January to March and some of the photos that were taken. You can see all of the photos on our blog posts.January LOVE Award WinnersThe award for Expertise went to Malgorzata Grenzym and Catalin Mocanu. Malgorzata has overseen the digging of trial holes to locate services on site in Horsham. With a great level of care taken, more than 80 services were found without any incidents. Catalin was nominated for stepping in and fixing a piece of plant on site allowing operations to continue as usual. Dritan Koleci received the award for Integrity and was praised by his colleague for maintaining an excellent work ethic during very difficult personal times. From the left: Luke Dove and Xhavit Dauti The Quality award went to Xhavit Dauti. Xhavit recently took over on site at Luton and has hit every deadline whilst never forgetting safety or quality. His colleague commented: Xhavits dedication is off the charts and there is plenty to learn from his soft skills. Lisa Lunn and Jon Hyam both took the award for Teamwork. Lisas colleague said: Lisa has been so supportive throughout these difficult times. She has been on hand whenever I have any questions even when working from home. She will always go the extra mile to help anyone. I dont think I would have managed had she not been on hand. Jon is always happy to help other departments. When nominating him, a colleague commented: When we are not in the office, Jon has been really helpful by getting involved and organising new SIM cards, phones and chargers. He always replies promptly and nothing is too much trouble. The award for Collaboration went to Lulzim Petku and Silviu Cioarec. As a team of 2, Lulzim and Silviu have been completing large areas of finishing works to a high quality. They have also been working with other trades to ensure all handover dates are met.'
