He has embraced the new technology and added value to the sites he works on as a result. Azzeddine Boualoua and Cristian Rotaru took the award for Integrity. Azzeddine from our Milton Keynes project assisted onsite after receiving reports from Nattas aftercare of a blocked toilet. He ended up unblocking an unpleasantly backed up foul manhole. He got on with the job without complaining and reported all required information. Cristian does not hesitate to be accountable for his actions. He regularly speaks out if those around him are not meeting theFrom the left: Nick Lelaj, Jevan Bains and Rriam Shehu expectations placed upon them. The site team are confident he will pass his probationary period with ease and will be a great addition to the management structure on whichever site he is placed. The Quality award went to Jonny Parrott, Steve Plume and JJ Stewart. A colleague commented, They started the year at Wantage with a zero RI record. Nick, Jevan and Rriam won for taking on board the importance of protecting Nattas assets and property over the Christmas shutdown. A colleague commented, They completed a Whos attending rota and logged when to turn on the generator and charge the CCTV system battery. This has resulted in no loss of material and equipment. These operatives were in contact via a WhatsApp group so everyone was informed of the same information throughout the shutdown. Georgiana also won for taking responsibility during the holiday period for any issues that those absent would normally take on. She dealt with clients, workforce and subcontractors, maintaining high standards and ensured progression of her project.'
