b"Richard at Deepcut won for successfully mastering the CS project software for the programme. One of his colleagues said, Hisdetailed monthly updates to the clause 32 programme submission helps us. We can therefore accurately capture all delays and unproductivity. His efforts have helped both the site and commercial team to keep on top of our programmed works, EWN and Prelim recovery. The Quality award went to Iona Huckle from our Head Office. She won for her efforts to help complete a project. A colleague mentioned, Iona was thrown in the deep end. She has done fantastic, well worthy of some recognition. The award for Innovation went to our HR Manager, Vanessa Pinto for her 'Lunch & Learn' initiative. A colleague mentioned, She came up with the idea as part of her Development Board remit. I think its a great way to share knowledge and therefore improving communication within Natta. Darren Denton won the award for Integrity. Darren worked until 21:30 on Friday delivering signs in Copthorne, enabling them to carry out night works. A colleague commented, Without Darrens dedication, these works would have come to a grinding halt. He did this work at very short notice and with no grumbles, despite the inconvenience. Lastly, Dragos Bucataru and Ionut Dobriou took the Teamwork award. They won for working tightly and professionally at the end of year defects and aftercare.
