Project Value: £4m Duration: 75 weeks Overview: A design and build turn-key scheme at Gunnersbury Mews, Chiswick consisting of nine 2,000ft² plus town houses all with basements and underground car parking in a traditional brick/ render, zinc roof style. Scope of Works: Our scope was to construct a new access road, foundations, drainage The site was constrained with limited storage. The basements were constructed with contiguous piles faced with Caltite waterproof concrete. The superstructures are traditional brick/block with render, tall aluminium windows, wide-span concrete floors at ground level and timber floors to first and second floors. The units benefit from 3.50m floor to ceiling heights and are fitted with bespoke tall walnut doors to enhance the spacious feel. Balcony areas at first floor level allow residents private external space. The open feel of the properties is aided with underfloor heating throughout, together with high performance boilers and a pumped distribution system. Zinc phosphate metal roofs add to the traditional look of the properties. The luxury high specification of the internal and external finishes brings the whole feel of the development together.
