This year marks an exciting milestone for World Quality Day, as it celebrates a centenary! That’s right it has been 100 years, and that is 2019’s theme. A day that was established to recognise the contributions of quality professionals across the globe. It is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of your team and company. Natta is proud to be celebrating… we will soon be celebrating 50 years of quality as a business…
Natta would like to raise the profile of the excellent work all our employees do all year round. Quality is one of our core values, as a company. Several people have been nominated for and won Love Awards acknowledging their efforts within the business.
World Quality Day is a fantastic opportunity to highlight the positive impact of quality Natta creates…
Below are just a few examples of projects over the years where quality has helped Natta to achieve success.
This Pinder Award-Winning project involved the full design and build of a 7,637 m² Independent Living Community, The Hawthorns, in Northampton. The building is comprised of 61 Independent Living apartments of varying sizes, with cafés, restaurants and lounges, a cinema, recreation bar, indoor bowls green, hair salon and therapy spa.
Natta were the principle contractor for the redevelopment of an existing garden centre site. The works comprised the construction of a new 7000m² garden centre in two phases ensuring constant trading from the existing and subsequent phase 1 store was maintained at all times.
Natta was the Principal Contractor for the Section 278 works. The works comprised a major roundabout, entrance bellmouth and access road that form the entrance for 115,000m² of offices and 200 dwellings. The client’s requirement was to produce a high-quality public landscaped area embodying quality designs, materials, planting and landscaping. The whole site covers an area of approximately 4.13 hectares and comprises former storage, test laboratory and barracks buildings currently occupied by a film studio for film sets and production offices.
Natta undertook the construction of 49 houses/flats for Redfields Development Ltd, as a turnkey design and build contract. The site comprises a mix of 41 houses ranging from 2 bed to 5 bed, together with 8 apartments. 20 of the units are for Sentinel Housing Association, the balance for private sale.
