OVERVIEW

Natta secured a new contract, working as the main contractor for AJ Dowsett. The project comprised the construction of a new warehouse facility located in Ashford, supporting the client’s ongoing expansion and operational needs.

SCOPE OF WORKS

As part of our work, Natta was responsible for delivering the full construction works package, including all associated groundworks. Our comprehensive scope of works covered every key stage of the build, ensuring a coordinated and efficient delivery from the ground up.

Full site preparation and groundworks were carried out, followed by the construction of the large foundations to support the warehouse structure. Natta undertook the design and installation of the steel frame, along with the fitting of external cladding and windows to complete the building envelope.

Both ground floor and mezzanine-level concrete slabs were formed to provide durable and functional internal surfaces. In addition, we completed the full drainage installation and coordinated the delivery of all underground services to support the facility’s operational needs. Externally, a full paved car park was constructed, along with all necessary external finishes to complete the development to a high standard.

This project demonstrates Natta’s capability in delivering industrial and commercial facilities to a high standard, within a fully integrated design and build model.
