Love Award Winners November 2025

Natta is pleased to announce the winners of the  Love Award (Live Our Values Everyday) for November 2025.

The first to be nominated for a Collaboration Award was Elliot Braund. His colleague said, “We had a subcontract trainer cancel on us for a PASMA course for one of our large clients, SGN. Elliot helped me find a trainer to cover at the last minute and saved the cancellation of a course. It would  have been very costly for our client if it hadn’t gone ahead.”

Next to get a Collaboration Award was Phil Smith. Phil’s colleague commented, “Phil goes above and beyond his working role to keep the transport and machinery running smoothly. He’s always happy to help anyone with a problem.”

Finally, Matt O’Malley got an award for Integrity. His colleague said, “His forward thinking in requesting costs for spare T-Vac filters shows how much he cares to keep the Suc Vac working more efficiently.”
