Natta’s Love Award Winners for September 2021

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (‘Live Our Values Everyday’) Winners for September 2021.

The award for Expertise was given to Stilian Falcuie. Stilian has invested his time into assisting others on site in Horsham by training and helping them get promoted. His efforts have been really appreciated by the team.

The Quality award went to Alan Thornton who always keeps the yard running smoothly. His colleague said: “Alan is always courteous and willing to help. He has become a valued member of the team.”

Mark McMorrow, Desmond Hird, Sandy Moir and Dave Wagstaff received the award for Teamwork. This team at Copthorne have battled the elements and worked extended hours to deliver the earthworks package to our client, St Modwen. This ensured another successful completion on Phase 3 of the project.

Also receiving the Teamwork award was Ted Vass and Natalie Whitbourn. Ted very kindly stepped in for a trainer at CISTC last minute whilst Natalie has been brilliant in dealing with clients and taking bookings whilst her colleague was on annual leave.

The Collaboration award was given to Angela Fowler and Natalie Whitbourn for always being there for a colleague through difficult times.
