Natta’s Love Award Winners for March 2022

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (‘Live Our Values Everyday’) Winners for March 2022.

The award for Expertise was given to Matt Garside who recently represented Natta on a tricky project. He demonstrated our competence to the local water inspector and set us on the right path for successful future collaborations.

Doug English from CISTC also took the Expertise award for setting up the WJA Water Jetting course. This has allowed CISTC to further expand their course offerings which have already resulted in several bookings. His colleague said: “Doug’s expertise of previously working in the drainage industry has proved invaluable in us being able to set up these courses.”

The Safety award went to Edison Bajramaj for always taking the necessary precautions on site. He sets an excellent example to those working with him on how to work safely.

The Quality award was given to CISTC‘s, Rebecca Stevens. Upon returning to work from sick leave, Rebecca had a lot of work built up which she managed to get done quickly and without fuss.

Carika Behounek, Jon Hyam and Abbii Cope each received the Teamwork award for their hard work on the launch of our 50th Anniversary in March. There was a multitude of tasks to be done and they worked so hard over the last month to achieve these.

The award also went to Charlotte Hamer who was nominated by a colleague for her continuous teamwork.

Finally, the Collaboration award was given to Adele Wells for helping to prepare our Staff Social event at Head Office. Her colleague commented: “Adele is always there to support whoever needs it.”
