Natta’s Love Award Winners for July 2022

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (‘Live Our Values Everyday’) Winners for July 2022.

The award for Expertise was given to Simon King, Commercial Manager. Simon is one of those members of staff who everyone can rely on for assistance. One of his colleagues has described him as “a machine” and most definitely “an essential part of the Natta team.”

Carole Gamroth was awarded the Integrity award. Her colleague said, “Since I joined Natta, Carole has helped me with so much and nothing seems to be too much trouble.”

This award was also given to Dominic Davison. Our site in Woking has just begun the hard landscaping process and has been “immensely accurate and forward-looking” thanks to Dom’s years of experience in the construction industry. This has also allowed us to “negotiate much better prices for the contract.” Great work Dom!

Van Morgan, Matt Andrew, and Josh Brett were all awarded the Quality award. This team at Horsham constructed a deep tank with difficult constraints and managed to install it without any incidents and without any leaks or defects; a great achievement and attention to detail from all of them.

The Quality award was also given to Adis Hoxhaj who works at our Horsham Site. His colleague said, “I’d like to nominate Adis because he built some very tricky back-to-back drop kerbs, which converge simultaneously in line and level. It required a few very fine cuts but the kerbs look perfect.”

Kassym Arif, Paul Commarford, Jack Whelan, Ian Swinton and Inam Arif were awarded the Teamwork award for stepping up and working together to make sure the production of steel beams were ready to go out for Lifebuild.

The award for Collaboration went to Rebecca Stevens. The team said Rebecca was a great help in the organisation of the Natta Charity Golf Day both before the event and on the day itself, helping it to run as smoothly as possible.

The Innovation award was given to John Murphy for organising Natta’s Charity Golf Day and making a massive success of it. This year an outstanding amount of money was raised for all three charities. Well done John!
