Natta’s Love Award Winners for February 2022

Natta is pleased to announce the LOVE Award (‘Live Our Values Everyday’) Winners for February 2022.

The award for Quality went to Natta Plant’s Alan Thornton. When nominating Alan, his colleague commented: “Alan, is the most helpful man we’ve had work in the yard for us. Nothing is ever too much trouble and it would be nice to recognise this.”

The Teamwork award was given to Laurentiu Iordache, George Laurentiu, Sorin Stancu and Paul Garland for their hard work on site in Wantage. Their commitment and dedication is much appreciated as they went above and beyond to finish the work.

CISTC’s Angela Fowler also received the Teamwork award for her efforts in getting the CPCS audit over the line. She ensured that all of the documents were in place and that the external verifier was happy with the training centre.

The Collaboration award was given to Lisa Lunn. When there were issues with materials being delivered to site, Lisa understood the importance and sourced the materials within hours. This was much appreciated by the team as they were then able to complete works on time.

Neil Dewey received the Innovation award for his quick-witted solution to placing road pins over a bell mouth when the usual pre-made pins were not available on site. Instead, he drove the pins into bits of flooring and then weighed them down so that the pin did not need to penetrate the ground.

Congratulations to all of our LOVE Award Winners for February 2022!
