Natta’s January LOVE Award Winners

Natta is delighted to announce the LOVE Award (‘Live Our Values Everyday’) winners for January 2018.

This month the award for Expertise went to John Munelly. John has successfully trained up another Operative and mentored an Apprentice to lay plastic drainage at our Arborfield project.

At our Luton project, Nick Wyatt won the Integrity award. Nick investigated site allegations and carried it out in a very professional and compassionate manner.

Florin Uta won the Quality award for the excellent slabbing work at our Runnymede project. A colleague commented, “Well done to him and his team.’’

Our Innovation award went to Steward Collins for using terram on top of the crushed concrete. His initiative helped to keep the site road at Tadworth clean.

The award for Safety went to Jose Fernandez Navarrete for his assistance in re-writing the method statements to Skanska’s requirements.

Angela Fowler at our Head Office won the Teamwork award. A colleague commented, “She has been awesome at supporting me in my short time here.”

Lastly, the award for Collaboration went to Lucas Whitworth, Callum Baines, Michael Borner, Danny Chandler and Dimitrius Simicevas.

Lucas and Callum were awarded for their contribution towards developing a mentoring programme to improve Graduate Engineers experiences within Natta. This programme will help the graduates to feel valued and part of Natta.

Michael, Danny and Dimitrius from our Head Office also won in this category. The award is for their consideration and time in adapting CISTC facilities to accommodate the growing needs of the Surrey Training Group.
