Natta Love Award Winners May 2023

Natta is delighted to announce the winners of the LOVE Award (Live Our Values every day) for May 2023.

Firstly, the Teamwork Award went to Natalie Whitbourn from our Finance department. Natalie’s colleague said: “Natalie has learnt the payroll system in record time to cover staff leave and made no errors.”

Jordan Beech was another winner of this award. As a QS, Jordan currently works on several projects: Enderby, Godalming, Hartley Wintney and Southampton. His colleague commented: Jordan is a hard worker who always goes beyond the goals set for his job role. Although his plate is quite full, he maintains a positive attitude and continues to ask if there is anything else he can help with. He has excellent communication and teamwork skills that make the workplace a positive environment.”

More appreciation of teamwork was seen as Natta Steel colleagues, Inham Arif, Bledar Mahmutaj, Paul Commarford and Kassym Arif were also winners of this award. Their colleague commented on their appreciation of the team: Thanks to the teams’ hard work, we fabricated 15 tonnes of steel in 4 days. Thank you for keeping calm and completing the task. Well done chaps.”

The final winner of this category was Georgiana Mosanu. As a QS, she currently works on a number of our projects: Barnet, Burgess Hill, Dunsfold Park and New Covent Garden Market. A colleague said: “Georgiana regularly goes the extra mile to ensure her projects run as smoothly as possible. She is always ready to step in and help other staff using her expertise in site operations also.”

Katie Morgan from CISTC, received the Quality Award. CISTC is a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO) that specialises in health and safety training for the construction industry. Katie’s colleague commented: “We have received several compliments from external agencies regarding Katie’s professionalism. They have mentioned her ability to handle pressure, and overall positive demeanour and attitude.”

Finally, the Award for Expertise went to Ian Swinton and Lee Manders from Natta Steel. Natta Steel specialises in complete, cost-effective structural steel fabrication, welding and installation for commercial, industrial and residential projects. Their colleague mentioned: We appreciate your hard work over the last few months. Your expertise in quoting and problem-solving has not gone unnoticed.
